Why we exist
Many people in Nigeria lose money or trust because they could not check something for themselves. The seller was in another city. The business looked real online. The guarantor sounded sure. Travelling to check is expensive and often impossible.
TrustCheck exists so that you do not have to take that risk blind. We go there, check, and report.
Our approach to physical verification
Online information can be copied or invented. We start with what you were told, then send a field representative to see the place, the person or the item. What they see is compared with what you were given, and the differences are reported.
Evidence-based reports
Our reports show photographs, observations, documents and notes according to the assignment. They separate what we confirmed from what we could not confirm, and they flag important concerns in plain words.
Nigeria and the Diaspora
Our primary service areas are Lagos State, Ogun State, and Ibadan, Oyo State. We operate nationwide on request: for any other location in Nigeria, send us a request and we will review it and provide a quotation, subject to the assignment requirements and the agreed service fee. We serve Nigerians in the Diaspora, foreign residents and international companies, and you do not need to be in Nigeria to ask for a check. See our coverage page.
